Frequently Asked Questions

Club Questions

Q: Is there a fee for using RRR Service?
A: Generally - Yes. RRR is a business that provides a professional recruitment and advertising service for the greater rugby community.

Q: How much are RRR's fees?
A: Depends on the service you require. Our Advertising services start from as low as $50 AUD. Our Recruitment services start at 400* in your currency - e.g. $400 (as at 01/01/2013)*Managers have the ability to reduce fee for service at their discretion.

Q: How does RRR guarantee the level the recruited person is at and values they hold for our club?
A: This is one of the many challenges that any Human Resourcing company faces. We conduct several in depth background and reference checks - both dependant and independent to ensure we get an accurate account for their abilities and personality / fit with your club.

Q: What happens if the recruited person is not what we expected?
A: We provide a 14 day trial period service guarantee. If the recruited person is not at the level expected then the club MUST make a formal complaint to RRR as early as possible. All parties will then be contacted and a formal investigation will be conducted. After an investigation into your club complaint, the recruited person may then be released and your club may then have no formal obligations to that recruited member. Relevant action will follow after the complaint has been lodged and course of action will be decided depending on the severity of the complaint.

Q: When are the fees due?
A: Advertising is immediately. Recruitment fee is generally required 14 days after the recruited member has arrived and your club is satisfied with abilities.

A: Your club information is kept confidential unless you;
1. List contact / identity in an advertisement

Q: I want a professional contract. How can RRR help?
A: We cannot perform miracles. You first must be playing at a senior "A Grade" level, be over the age of 18, have no agent currently representing you, and, to support your case, you must ensure your online profile with us is 100% completed and is true and correct. You will require:

Q: How can I ensure I get a good offer / contract?
A: You need your profile to be 100% complete and accurate*. You must also be prepared to return emails and phone calls within very short window of time.
